Our Hiring Process

Apply, interview, onboard

We try to make our application and onboarding process as easy as possible and as flexible as possible to make starting or transitioning your career to Buckeye Ambulance & Kettering Mobile Care seamless.  

Apply Online

Our applications can be completed online and include an MVR Release and Background Check Release to consent to us completing those two tasks.  Once your application has been processed by a recruiter, your contact information is forwarded to the hiring manager (see our leadership page to find your hiring manager).  You will then interview with your manager and your manager will forward their recommendation back to Human Resources following your interview.  If acceptable, a recruiter will reach out to you with a job offer, start date, and checklist of items for you to accomplish.  It's that easy!  Our orientation is online and you can complete much of your orientation process completely online!
